Terms and Conditions for Niche Castings Agency that we would like you to follow

Please ensure that you read understand and adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

1. BOOKINGS

If you are booked on a job, please ensure you attend on time and have arranged travel plans of how to get there. If you agree to go to a casting, it is vital that you attend. If for any reason you cannot attend you must inform Niche Castings within 48 hours before your appointment time.

Please only agree to go to a job if you are available for the shoot dates.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your call time.

2. CONDITIONS

Please remember whilst on location/studio you are representing Niche Casting Agency and that we expect good conduct, full cooperation and complete professionalism at all times.

Please remain patient, quiet and co-operative.

Do not interact or disturb production whilst they are trying to film.

Please do not discuss fees with other talent / clients whilst you are on a shoot.

Never leave the set without permission.

Eating, drinking and smoking are only permitted in designated areas.

All mobile phones must be switched off whilst on set.

Please inform Niche Castings of change to email or home address or any telephone numbers.

Do not approach any of the actors and at no point should you ask for autographs or photographs.

3. PAYMENT TERMS 

Payments will be made from Niche Casting Agency once payment has been received from the production company. This can take up to  2-3 months.

If you have questions regarding payments we may not be able to deal with your query immediately, however we will endeavour to return your call or email within 24 hours.

Both parties acknowledge that this contract is one of self-employment and does not entitle the artiste to holiday or sick pay. The artiste is responsible for his/her own tax and national insurance liabilities.

4. PUBLICITY/PICTURES

Niche Castings Agency will try their utmost to find its artists work, although work is not guaranteed.

Pictures can be taken by Niche Castings photographic team at a cost of £40. Images and profile can also be included on the website

5. FEES

Commission is deducted from each job and is set according to the booking fee. Our commission structure is 10-20% on TV work, 20% TV commercials, 20% on Photographic work. Please bear this in mind when we give you details concerning a job or a casting – payments discussed need to have commission subtracted we always quote you Gross fees and therefore net fees are payable to you after our appropriate commission (e.g. £100 Gross fee on TV commercials minus 20% Commission will be £80 for you).

A one off £40 administration fee will be deducted from first work given.

6. COMPLAINTS

Should you have any issues please contact Niche Casting Agency to address them. DO NOT discuss them with production directly.

Please note that we are only able to answer calls during Monday – Friday 9.30am – 6.30pm outside these hours we will not return your calls unless you are booked on a job that falls outside these timings/days.
